Worldwide Home Decor Co., Ltd is a factory that mainly produces Paulownia, Basswood, PVC, Aluminum Plantation shutters, and Paulownia, Poplar, and PVC shutter components. It was established in 2020, covering area of 35, 000 square meters, and the building area is 40, 000 square meters, located in Zhuangzhai Industrial Park, Cao County, Shandong Province, China.
The factory now own 4 production workshops, each with a monthly production capacity of about 10, 000-15, 000 square meters. At present, we have temporarily activated the first and second workshops.
Both of monthly production capacity of Wood and PVC components is about 1, 000 cubic meters, and finished Plantation shutters are about 15, 000-20000 square meters per month.
With the continuous expansion of production scale, the company has more than 300 employees, of which 100 are technical backbones.
There are five types mechanical equipments of production processes for Plantation shutters: Round Clearview Tilt Rod, Flat Clearview Tilt Rod, Centre Wood Rod, Hidden Tilt Rod and PVC.
Wood compoents mainly have three processing techniques for seal coating, PU. Primer and water-based paint primer. PVC components are mainly contain normal components and reinforced with aluminum core components.
In addition, our PVC surface has been specially treated, and the surface luster and smoothness are much better than those on the market. Here you can choose the painted with two bottoms, painted on both sides, or fully enclosed, semi-enclosed dyeing, and the latest deep graint/wash lumer three types of crafts you need.
